It's Friday and Day 4 of our trip, though we haven't left Phoenix yet! We shared our story with the news, in part to help others who may be traveling soon with the upcoming holidays. You see, while AeroMexico Customer Service will tell you that it's okay to check something in doesn't mean that you actually can. Be forewarned! At the moment, we are waiting to see how supportive AeroMexico's Customer Relations is to our "flight plight." (Dear AeroMexico, please let us check the bike on the plane with us and take it to Buenos Aires. Kindest regards.)
