It is with deep conviction and utmost gratitude that Christi wishes to share our latest endorsement...
When sitting in a small bicycle saddle for hours upon hours, pumping the legs in a very repetitive motion, certain - discomforts - do occur. These can be rough. Actually, that is an understatement. An epic like this can ruin your day or week or whole adventure!
And for every plight, there is the perfect product. Truly.
In 2009, after riding through the Mojave in July (eek!), we arrived in Flagstaff at the home of our good friend, Benning. When he inquired about our ride, we decribed the scenery, the heat, the helpful construction workers and, well, the saddle sores. To this, our kind friend responded by handing us half a tub of miracles: Super Salve.
This amazing salve fixed us right up, but despite our efforts to use it sparingly, we ran out about halfway across the country. Desperate for some relief, we turned to synthetic products sold at big-box super-stores. This was a mistake of a grievous proportion that we will NOT make again!
So, it is with great pleasure that we introduce you to The Super Salve Company! 100% natural, herbal skin care products from salves and balms for the outdoors to facial and pre-natal products - because what you put on your skin makes a difference!
