There were only two daisies at this camp. They're special to Christi since they were her late sister's favorite flowers.

For dinner, we make a brickload of food: polenta and split peas with tuna topped with chili.
Demarkation line set, we go at it.

More guanacos the following day.
We make it to Cameron, Chile with the Strait of Magellan beyond.
A lightweight (cheap) tripod is not necessarily the best.
Not sure how busy Cameron is, we walk the bike into town in case traffic is bad.
But we're still in frontier-land, so there's not much at all.
The town administrator lets us pitch our tent in front of this vacant house.
Camp for the night.
With connection to the outer world! We actually got wi-fi here!
Christi updates our status and records our activities.
We depart the following morning up a hill that overlooks Cameron. One of those houses was home the night before.
Finally! Finally we get tailwind! We go in search of Penguins.
The road is still empty.
The flags say it all: happiness with tailwind.
See? Happiness!
See? Oh yeah, we're super happy!
Again, the proof of happiness.
